Situated just 3 miles from Duns where you will find all the amenities to make your stay more pleasurable we are in a great position to enjoy all that the south of Scotland has to offer and also Northumberland, its neighbouring border county.

Whatever your choice is either the stunning coastline of Northumberland or the wide open spaces of the Borders countryside there is so much to explore for everyone.
